Stree Management Four-Week Series:
Inner Peace for Busy People

Join Amy Robinson, Life Balance Coach, in exploring and discovering clarity and solutions in stress reduction within the calming and relaxing setting of the Arboretum.
The four classes (available either singularly or as a series) identify specific top areas of stress in life, and offer effective strategies and solutions in order to produce maximum results of balance and peace for each participant.
Begin each two hour session in a beautiful light and open, floor to ceiling glass windowed classroom, introducing the workshop with practical, informing, and inspiring discussion.
